All righty, after much kicking and screaming I have finally joined Facebook. Sigh. Its all my mom's fault, she found an old friend that i just HAD to get in touch with.....Anyway, i have never really been hooked on this blogging thing, dont know why, but i AM hooked on facebook. So i promise to put pictures and videos on my facebook page for those interested, but this page is probably going to become defunct. Sorry!! Cant do both, and I'm not very good at keeping up with this anyway. Come be my facebook friend! Love you all!!

Sorry, sorry, I'm a day late. For those of you who ARENT phillips, Stephen's geology field trip this year is going to the Himalayas. This August. And he will be going unless he cant fix a scheduling problem with one of his summer classes. Considering its a geology class, i would assume they can help him out. We'll see. Isnt that insane?? Scoot found himself a new hiding place...

And Joe is just a cutie. He wont try to talk, he just points at everything and says "Da!"

All right, I've gotten two guesses for Missouri. Think bigger, people! Hes a geologist!! Here's some perspective: Last year the BYU geology club toured Europe looking at volcanos. Thats the kind of stuff we're dealing with here. I promise to take pictures today and post the answer tomorrow. We WERE going to go to the cabin, which would have made for awesome picture taking, but sadly we'll have to put it off till another weekend. Still can't believe i forgot my camera last time.....amond other things.....like food....and my body pillow. Sigh, i guess we'll just have to celebrate our anniversary instead.....ho hum. Oh and by the way, latest awesome SUnflower update: avocados for 77cents! NOT on sale!

Yeah yeah, i know i'm not doing so hot at this blogging thing. i'll put up a few pictures and maybe you'll forgive me. Stephen finally found a job, at one of the on campus convenience/grocery stores, perfect! Within walking distance, still has time to do homework. Schedule wise, this might be the best semester we've had yet! As soon as he gets over the review and pretest, calculus should level out, and life should be just dandy. Speaking of dandy, you'll never ever guess where his geology club is going this year.....seriously, you wont guess. but i'll let you try.....i promise to post the answer in a few days, just for the fun of it. Scoot is mellowing and really starting to enjoy playing with joe, which makes me so happy! The only time we really run into problems now is when joe wont do what scoot wants him to. I'm getting used to being back on a schedule, which is nice, would be nicer if i could get some sleep!! Drowsy mommy makes for lots of movies being watched around here....And my latest sillyness, i have fallen in love with a grocery store!! Isnt that funny? Its called the Sunflower market, owned by the guy who created Wild Oats, except now his goal is to UNDERCUT WALMART!!!! Isnt that always a good thing? They have the most awesome produce ever, and its all cheap!! Also lots of other funky foods, that wouldnt be cheap anywhere but are cheaper here. I love it, it makes me happy. Where else can you get 4 clamshells of blackberries, and not a single one is moldy or too overripe??? Small things I find joy in.....Scoot's latest favorite activity is playing on our patio and surveying the complex

And here's what our courtyard looked like a few days after we moved in. Within 24 hours there was a snow fort (stephen's) and 3 igloos out here. The snow is to die for!

Now that i finally have batteries for the camera, i promise to post more pictures in just a few days (after i take some....) with the revelation of Stephen's trip of a lifetime!

We're finally here!!!! Here in Provo, with the gorgeous mountains and the gorgeous snow, its snowing RIGHT NOW!!! How cool is that! Well, we're mostly unpacked. After some crazyness on the trip over here and camping out at Bryce and Lisa's for a few days, we're mostly unpacked and moved into our teeny weeny little apartment. I hated it for the first two days, now i dont love it but i'm okay with it. Putting up the christmas tree (we propped our fake tree up in the corner and put half its branches on) and making pumpkin bread helped. This apartment feels like a church basement. Yuck. But at least it has a huge window, and we look out into a courtyrad with big pretty trees. Better than nothin. Stephen might get a job on campus as an early morning custodian. Ah, how the mighty fall!! Just kidding. We're going to be hermits and have mac and cheese for christmas. or maybe spaghetti, if we really feel like splurging! Scoot loves his new room, especially the window that he can look out from his bed. And the courtyard rocks, we have our own playground! I'll be able to sit on the porch with the baby and watch Scoot play. Oh yeah, baby. Ha! For those of you who dont know, we're expecting # 3 in July. Who knows what Heavenly Father is thinking, but we're keeping our fingers crossed for a girl! Muahahaha, we got out of Warrensburg with only 3 people knowing i was pregnant! HA! I'll put up pictures as soon as we can buy batteries for the camera......

Ah what the heck. Here's a few cuties!

Scoot never goes anywhere without his "entourage". 3 blankets, including his "blankie", Teddy Bear, Christmas Bear, Gingerbread Man, Bunny, Rabbit, and a dinosaur or three. He lugs them all around and makes cozy spots all over the house.

Jojo is a hands-on booklover. No pages for him yet!! This birthday card didnt last long.

I know, I know, its been forever since I've posted anythign, but to be hoenst there are no new photos and no real news! Just counting the days till we move, and me trying not to think to hard abotu the whole thing. Especially the 18 hour drive.....with Joe.....screaming.....*shudder* He has a two hour car limit, after that he just loses it. We shall see! Meanwhile, i feel very Christmassy this year, listenign to nice music a lot, just feeling that specialness, even if we arent doing much. Stephen only has 5 more days of work, wahoo!! Then the real work begins. I'll try to get some recent pictures up here soon.
